Driven by the curious, Shyam Sundar is on the constant lookout for newer ways to connect brands with consumers in this fragmented world of media through newer disciplines, practices and collaborative tools. He keeps the everyday operations glitch free while helping clients with newer ways to solve business problems and challenges.

Prior to Co.Lab, Shyam has been part of the core team of Young, a 4 years old creative services firm, helping it set up into a full fledged agency with specialisation across various disciplines like advertising, branding and digital. With close to 20 years in the field, Shyam has handled brands like DNA, Walt Disney Channel, Aegon Religare Life Insurance and Skoda Auto across leading agencies like Bates, Lowe and Contract.

Past experience include setting up an entrepreneurial venture in the Design and Branding space with specialization in retail, real estate and financial services.

Sameer Desai - Head, Creative Services

Over a career spanning 20 years, Sameer has worked at agencies like Y&R, Lowe, Ogilvy, Ambience Publicis, Contract as a creative director before heading Design Sutra, the design arm of Contract Advertising. Sameer (or Sam as he is known within the industry circle) has been instrumental in creating some of the iconic campaigns for brands like Taj group of hotels, HSBC, Shoppers Stop, Asian Paints, to name a few. Some of the design projects that he is involved in is includes Trump Tower , MCA, Portico, ISTA Hotels, ASK Wealth Management, Westside and Baggit. 

 

                                                                            Dnyanesh Gadge - Head, Design & Branding

An avid fan of Indian art, typography and culture, Dnyanesh's core area of expertise is logo identity, branding and exploring typefaces with calligraphy. His other pet peeve is stop-motion animation and 3-Dimensional miniatures. His design stints include working in renowned design companies like Flagship Advertising and Grandmother Design for 5 years.
